How does the app work?

When you induct a new worker to your site, you will give them the site specific code. They will then use this code to request access to your site’s profile. Once you accept this user they will then be able to log in to the app and submit task requests to the site’s telehandler and access any site documents uploaded to the site profile. This ensures only users that have been inducted to site can access the app.

What does it cost?

At a time where companies are looking to cut costs you may not want to increase expenditure but you can't put a price on improving health and safety right!? And unlike most other health and safety expenses Site Oppo actually increases productivity and can even be profitable. You may also choose to pass the cost on to contractors as they will benefit from using the app. It is used on sites of all sizes but is most effective on larger sites, especially sites where multiple telescopic handlers are used. This is because you will have real life data showing how busy the telescopic handlers are throughout the day and you can decide whether multiple telehandlers are actually required. If you can cut the cost of a single telehanlder and operator, this saving would cover the cost of Site Oppo on dozens of sites for the year.  The fee for Site Oppo is per forklift, per week and varies based on how many subscriptions you require. Can I request a demo?

Yes of course. Site Oppo is really simple to use as we do a lot of the technical work in the background but we would be happy to come and visit you and give you a demonstration. You can request a demo by emailing support@siteoppo.co.uk

What do I need to supply?

All that you need to supply is a mobile device with data, a device holder and a way to charge the device. 12V chargers can easily be fitted to most telehandlers if yours doesn't currently have one. Alternatively, a power bank would suffice. 

Do we have to do much admin to set up new sites and users?

No. The team here at Site Oppo will do everything required to set up new sites and users. You just provide us with the information we need when creating a new site, including any documentation you wish to add and we will do the rest. The only thing you need to do is to accept requests from new users.
